Kuve ensures that every order placed on the platform is delivered securely, efficiently, and transparently through our verified third-party logistics (3PL) partners. All deliveries are handled exclusively by Kuve's approved logistics providers to guarantee tracking visibility, escrow compliance, and buyer protection throughout the process.
Delivery Method
Kuve currently supports one standardized delivery method for all marketplace and storefront transactions.
Delivery Type: Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
Description: All products purchased on Kuve are shipped using approved logistics partners. Sellers hand over products to the assigned courier, and buyers can track their delivery in real time through the Kuve app.
Responsibility: Logistics Partner (coordinated via Kuve)
Note: Direct or self-managed deliveries, as well as in-person pickups, are not permitted on Kuve for security and dispute prevention.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the seller's location, the buyer's address, and the logistics provider's route.

Delivery durations are estimates. Unforeseen factors like weather conditions, logistics delays, or high-demand periods may cause slight variations.
Tracking Your Delivery
Once a seller dispatches a product through Kuve's assigned courier, a tracking ID is automatically generated. Buyers can monitor the full delivery progress in the "Orders" section of their Kuve account.
Standard status updates include:
- Order Confirmed
- Dispatched by Seller
- In Transit
- Out for Delivery
- Delivered
Delivery Fees
Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, delivery distance, and logistics partner rates. Fees are displayed clearly before payment confirmation. Kuve does not apply hidden charges or markups on logistics rates.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to buyer unavailability or an incorrect address:
- The logistics partner will contact the buyer for a second delivery attempt.
- After two failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to the seller.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Items
Kuve ensures accountability through structured delivery verification. Buyers must inspect their package upon receipt.
If a product is damaged, missing, or not as described, the buyer should:
- Take clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Report it via the "Report Issue" option on the order page within 24 hours of delivery.
The Kuve Dispute Resolution Team will review the claim before releasing escrowed funds to the seller.
Returns & Reverse Logistics
For approved product returns:
- Kuve coordinates the reverse pickup using the same verified logistics network.
- Buyers will receive a Return Tracking Code once pickup is initiated.
- Refunds or replacements are processed only after the returned item is verified by the seller and confirmed through Kuve's system.

Delivery and Escrow Protection
Every order processed on Kuve is protected under the Escrow Delivery System. The buyer's payment is securely held in Kuve Wallet until delivery is confirmed. Once the courier confirms delivery and the buyer marks the order as Received, funds are released to the seller. If an issue is reported before confirmation, funds remain in escrow until resolution.
Delivery Coverage
Kuve's logistics network covers all 36 states in Nigeria, including major cities and select rural areas. Deliveries are available nationwide through Kuve's vetted courier partners for both marketplace and storefront orders.

Multiple-Item Deliveries
If a buyer orders multiple products from different sellers, each seller's product will be shipped separately via Kuve's logistics network. Separate tracking IDs and delivery timelines will be visible per order. Delivery fees will apply individually to each shipment.
Delivery Confirmation
A delivery is considered complete when:
- The logistics partner marks the order as Delivered (with timestamp and proof of delivery).
- The buyer confirms receipt in the Kuve app.
- No issue is reported within the dispute window (24 hours).
